Kokil Tandon

Born and raised in New Delhi, Kokil currently lives in the United States, a move she never planned on making. The experiences of being nurtured by absolutely wonderful parents, living a privileged life in India, relocating across the States with a young family, pursuing Medicine and then an MBA, working as a clinician, operations consultant and being a full time Mother, have made her grateful for the diverse places she has travelled to and called home and for the wonderful people/perspectives she has encountered.

All of these experiences have reinforced that consideration and compassion both received and reflected towards others not only makes it easier to get through each day, but also provides some meaning to an otherwise ordinary life. She is proud of being associated with Koshika and extremely optimistic about participating in impacting a positive change in the lives of those who need and deserve access to the basic amenities of healthcare and education.
